cubed proteins, sliced/minced/food-processed onions & carrots, curry bricks (s&b)
1. carmelize onions and set them aside
2. put the meat in and sear the sides
3. after that put in the carrots and onions
4. add water and boil it for 20 minutes
5. put the cubes in and simmer for 5-10 minutes
cook more rice!
